Request ADA Accommodation

The ADA accommodation process is for individuals with disabilities who need assistance accessing services, programs or activities made available by Victoria County, Texas. To request an accommodation for services, programs or activities made available by Victoria County, Texas, please press the “Request Accommodation” button below and complete the “Victoria County Public Accommodation Request” form.  After you have completed the form, press the “submit” button.  We will review your request for accommodation and will respond within 10 business days of the receipt of the request. 

Request ADA Accommodation Review
If you disagree with the response, you may request Victoria County review your request for accommodation.   To request a review of your request for accommodation, press the “Request Review” link below and complete the “Request Review” form within ten business days of your receipt of Vicotria County's initial response.  After you have completed the form, press the “submit” button.  Victoria County will review your request and initial response, and relevant documentation and will respond within ten 10 business days.  Please note that the time limits set out in this process are intended only as a general framework in which to address and respond to requests for accommodation and may be extended as necessary.
